KONEK Season 1: Promo Mechanics

How to join. Register free on the KONEK app. Earn KONEK Points by completing activities in the app: daily check-ins, tasks, referrals and partner activities. Convert points into raffle entries for the prize you want, or into an Instant Win Box open. No purchase necessary. Points are never sold and have no cash value.

How to win.

• Raffle Store: entries are pooled per prize and winners are drawn at random on the scheduled dates.
• Instant Win Box: every open pays either a listed prize or free raffle entries.
• Grand Draw: one free entry for every 10,000 points earned; the winner is awarded PHP 1,000,000 and, only if they choose, may exchange it for a 1 in 1,000 chance at PHP 10,000,000.

Draws are held every Monday at 3:00 PM, from 14 December 2026 to 24 May 2027, at Unit 26B, Rufino Pacific Tower, 6784 Ayala Avenue corner V.A. Rufino Street, Makati City, in the presence of a DTI representative. Entries for each draw close at 11:59 PM on the Friday before it. Winners are notified in the app and by SMS, are contacted by call and/or email, and are published on KONEK's official social media pages within 24 hours.

Prizes above PHP 10,000 are subject to the 20% final tax: 10XME Technology Inc. pays it on the smartphones, and the winner pays it on the other prizes. The smartphones cannot be taken in cash and may be transferred once; the other physical prizes may be taken in cash and are not transferable; digital vouchers and load are delivered within 3 business days of the winner's claim in the app. Physical prizes are claimed at the Makati office, in person or through an authorised representative, including by winners outside Metro Manila.

Claiming. Prizes stay claimable for 60 days from notification or publication, whichever is later; collection follows within 15 days of verification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited with prior DTI approval.

Open to residents of the Philippines who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and contractors of 10XME Technology Inc. and of participating sponsors, and their relatives to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining.
